How to decode answers

I sometimes include answers to problems in a "cypher." To decode, first use the "copy" and "paste" method. Copy the coded answer. Then go to website rot13.com. Paste the coded answer into the box provided. Then click on "cypher" and you should see the answer decoded. Here is a link to the website:

Stephen Margolis: Stephen Margolis holds BS, MS and Ph.D degrees, all in Electrical Engineering.
